Project Overview
National History Day® (NHD) is a non-profit education organization based in College Park, Maryland. NHD offers year-long academic programs that engage over half a million middle- and high-school students around the world annually in conducting original research on historical topics of interest.
This is a Drupal 7 website that will be used by tens of thousands of students across the country engaging in history competitions. In addition to the bootstrap theme, I used HTML, CSS, and PHP to code and style the entire homepage and other parts of the site. Additionally, I worked on many backend tasks that allow students to register for history competitions, submit entries for competitions, and then have judges grade their entries.
